Candoa Institute founder Stern Zvavamwe was again judged as the Career Coach of the Year 2022 by the International Coaching and Mentoring Foundation (ICMF).

This comes as the Candoa founder last year emerged as Career Coach of the Year.

Award-winning Career Growth Strategist and Interview Coach Zvavamwe said he feels honoured for being recognised with such an award.

Zvavamwe was awarded for his work in mentoring young people in employability skills certification, career guidance, life skills training and entrepreneurship training.

“I feel honoured that there are people who recognise our work and reward us for it.

“My advice to young people is that they should look for problems to solve in their communities so as to capacitate themselves instead of looking to be employed by someone else. The world is looking for people who are problem-solvers and become leaders of their own,” he said.

In 2017, Zvavamwe was awarded with the African Entrepreneurship Award, Career Coach of 2020 and Career Coach of the Year in 2021.

Candoa is a capacity development institute which aims to inspire and empower people to live healthy, productive purpose-driven lives through participatory knowledge transfer and exchange.
