Mliswa granted bail on three charges, vows to sue police for wrongful arrest

ZimNow News Desk

Former Norton MP Temba Mliswa was on Wednesday granted bail on three charges: cyberbullying, operating without an Environmental Impact Assessment certificate, and prospecting without a license.

The complainant in the cyber case is Commissioner Tawonei Nyazema

On the mining-related counts, the court ruled that charges should have been directed at Cubsden Consolidated (Pvt) Ltd rather than an individual.

Mliswa has since vowed to sue the Magunje Police Officer-in-Charge for wrongful arrest.
