The Zimbabwe Football Association has announced an open call for applications for the position of Head Coach of the national men’s football team, the Warriors, following the dismissal of German coach Michael Nees earlier this month.
The governing body said it is seeking an experienced, high-calibre individual to lead the Warriors into a new era of competitive success in regional and continental tournaments, including the COSAFA Cup, Africa Cup of Nations, and FIFA World Cup qualifiers.
According to ZIFA, the new coach will be responsible for leading, managing, and developing the national team in line with the National Football Development Strategy.

The Head Coach will also oversee technical and support staff, including assistants, analysts, and medical personnel, while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and discipline within the squad.
