Invictus Energy Limited has appointed its Chief Financial Officer, Victoria “Vicky” McLellan, as a Joint Company Secretary and an additional person responsible for communication with the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX).
The appointment took effect on 7 January 2026 and applies to matters relating to ASX Listing Rules. McLellan joined Invictus as Chief Financial Officer in August 2024.

She is a Chartered Accountant with experience in governance and regulatory compliance, having previously worked at FAR Limited and served as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary at Metgasco.
Invictus said Non-Executive Director and Chair of Governance, Gabriel Chiappini, will continue in his role as Joint Company Secretary alongside McLellan.
Invictus Energy is listed on the ASX, the OTCQB market in the United States, and the Victoria Falls Stock Exchange (VFEX).
