Tanganda Tea Company Limited has announced the resignation of its Finance Director, Henry Nemaire, with effect from June 30, 2026, ending a 25-year career with the company.
In a notice to shareholders, the company said Nemaire stepped down from both his executive position and the board to pursue other opportunities.
Nemaire joined Tanganda Tea in 2000 as Chief Internal Auditor before being appointed Finance Director in 2010, a role he held for 16 years.

The board acknowledged his contribution to the company, describing his service as distinguished and expressing appreciation for his dedication and commitment over the years.
"The Company extends its appreciation to Henry for his dedicated service, commitment and valuable contribution over the course of his tenure and wishes him every success in his future endeavours," stated the nnotice signed by Company Secretary Hillary Kufakunesu on behalf of the board.
Tanganda Tea has not yet announced a replacement for the Finance Director position.
