Kaia Replaces Injured Shumba for India T20Is

Zimbabwe have made a late change to their squad for the three-match T20 International series against India after batter Milton Shumba was ruled out with a right hamstring injury.

Zimbabwe Cricket confirmed that scans conducted on Tuesday revealed the extent of the injury, ending Shumba’s participation in the series.

The 25-year-old left-handed batter had been expected to provide stability in Zimbabwe’s top order as the Chevrons prepare to face the reigning ICC Men’s T20 World Cup champions.
