The popular BancABC Roots Impact Programme Tournament is back, bringing excitement to young football players and fans across Zimbabwe.
The tournament brings together Under-14 and Under-16 teams from different provinces to play against each other. It gives young boys a chance to show their talent, play for their home provinces, and chase their dreams of becoming top players.
Local fans are very excited to see the games return, saying early support for young players is key to fixing local football.

"I am so happy this tournament is back," said soccer fan Tendai Mukandi. "If we want a strong national team tomorrow, we must start with these young kids today. Seeing the U14 and U16 teams play gives me hope for our future."
Other fans believe the competition gives children a real chance to improve their lives through sport.
"This tournament is very important for our kids," said local supporter Blessing Chigowe. "Many of these young players have great talent but need a proper place to show it. BancABC is giving them a big stage, and this will really help shape the next generation of football stars in Zimbabwe."
