Saudi Arabia-based former Mamelodi Sundowns, Al Ahly and Bafana Bafana coach Pitso Mosimane says Khama Billiat is in the elite league of the best players that he has coached.
The Zimbabwean forward is under fire in South Africa for failing to deliver at Kaizer Chiefs.
Khama has failed to emulate his performance at Sundowns where he won so many accolades under the watch of Mosimane.
“Khama is in the elite league of players whom I have coached, he is one of the best,” Pitso said from his base in Egypt.
However, Khama might find it difficult to renew his contract, which is expiring in June this year.
Sources close to him have suggested that he will reunite with Pitso in South Africa or Al Ahly.
“Pitso loves Khama and they are in contact they might as well reunite if Kaizer Chiefs fails to renew his contract,” a source told Zim Now.
