The Premier Soccer League season opener, the Castle Challenge Cup, is set to explode this afternoon at Mandava Stadium in the mining town of Zvishavane.
Castle Lager Premiership champions FC Platinum and Chibuku Super Cup winners Bulawayo Chiefs are expected to lock horns in a potentially explosive encounter at Mandava.
This match, which will officially kick-start the 2023 Castle Lager Premiership season, with the official kick-off time set for 2pm.
Ticket charges for the match have been pegged at US$1 for students in school uniform, US$2 for the rest of the ground and US$5 for the VIP stand.
The VVIP section is strictly by invitation.
The game is also expected to be screened live on ZTN Prime (DStv Channel 294).
The 2023 Castle Lager Premiership will start next week.
