After realizing that many people in institutions and work places are brought together by circumstances and many are not ready to work together, Omega saw a chance and started doing team building sessions. That’s how PearlAva Consultants was born.

“Apart from my passion for public speaking and motivating others I noticed there was lack of team work and understanding of importance of dynamics in the workplace. That inspired me to provide a service that enables growth of teams in a positive way by training on communication and team building.

“PearlAva offers team building activities, leadership trainings, grooming and etiquette training, customer service training and communication trainings. We are based in Bulawayo Tshabalala extension however we are not limited to Bulawayo, we travel around Zimbabwe and hoping to travel outside Zimbabwe soon,” Moyo said.

By engaging in team building activities team members will improve their problem-solving abilities, learn to work cohesively and develop a strong understanding relationship with others.

The mother of two shared with Zim Now how important it is to balance work and social life. Her advice to other young mothers is to double your duties as mother and provider.

“I have two beautiful girls aged 3 and 2 and believe me, it is not easy especially when working from home but you have to balance the two; work and home roles because both are equally important.

Moyo believes that imparting knowledge to people gives the greatest feeling ever as building a positive character in a person leaves a mark not to be taken by anyone.

Moyo says to anyone who is thinking of venturing into entrepreneurship, there is no better time than now.

“My advice to my fellow entrepreneurs is that there will never be a right time to start your business besides the present. Perfect conditions might never come. Everyone needs to start with what they have so as to grow.

“Everyone needs to be patient and work hard to achieve anything they wants and what they wish for.

“Nothing comes easy but when the right time comes everything falls in place,” Moyo said.
