The Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Trade, Ambassador James Manzou, on Tuesday announced that Zimbabwe will participate at the Osaka Exposition 25 to be held from April 13-25, 2025, in Yumeshima, Osaka, Japan.
The Expo will run under the theme, “Designing Future Society for Our Lives.”
Ambassador Manzou said Zimbabwe’s participation at the Expo provides an opportunity to market the country’s unlimited investment opportunities in various sectors of the economy.
He also said ZimTrade Chief Executive Officer, Mr Allan Majuru, is the Expo 25 Commissioner-General and will lead preparations for the event.
The World Expo is an event that brings together people and innovations from around the world in an effort to address issues facing mankind on a global scale.
It is a platform where the world’s knowledge such as cutting-edge technology will be brought together, used to create new ideas, and shared, all to help resolve global issues facing mankind.
