A 36-year-old Norton woman, Pauline Chiriya, fell victim to a robbery on Saturday night while unwinding with friends at Madhadha Bar in Whitehouse.
The daring culprits made off with her prized possession, a Mercedes Benz C180 Compressor, registration number AFA 9273).
Pauline parked the car at the bar premises and joined her friends for some drinks.
Harare provincial police spokesperson, Inspector Luckmore Chakanza, confirmed the distressing incident, emphasising that the case is now under investigation by the Vehicle Theft Squad.
“A Norton woman lost her vehicle to thieves at Whitehouse on Saturday night.
“The matter was referred to police Vehicle Theft Squad for investigation,” said Insp Chakanza.
