Michael Mashiri
A caretaker has been arraigned to court with two other accomplices for stealing his boss' property worth US$25 000.

Samson Peterson Mudzimba, 29, Happymore Tandi, 36, and Prosper Chimedza, 41, appeared before magistrate Dennis Mangosi accused of theft.

The State, through prosecutor Rufaro Chonzi, alleges that from January 24 to January 2024 in Haydon Park, Westgate,
Mudzimba, who is a caretaker of the complainant, Sam Hlabati of Haydon Park, Westgate, in Harare would arrange with Tandi, Chimedza and one Kenny Mayangamutsa - who is still at large -  to steal Hlabati’s property.

It is alleged that Mudzimba would use Mayangamutsa’s car to carry the stolen property to Tandi, Judicia and Chimedza.

The stolen property was mainly building material and is worth US$25 000.

They will appear in court today for bail application.
