A man who was allegedly selling non-existent stands has been taken to court.
Tausha Zakariah, appeared before magistrate Evelyn Mashavakure at the Harare Magistrates’ Courts charged with fraud.
He will appear in court on March 11, for bail application.
The State, through prosecutor Mandirasa Chugumira, alleges that Zakariah lied to the complainant that he had stands in Warren Park D, through Hukuru Housing and Development Trust.
