Two people have been arraigned before the courts after being found with fake identity cards belonging to many different people.
Brian Tinomudaishe Kaseke, 29 of Glen View 3 and Precious Vafana, 43, of Zengeza 5 in Chitungwiza, appeared at the Harare Magistrates’ Courts charged with possession of articles for criminal use.
They were remanded in custody.
The State alleges that on April 8 at around 1500 hours, the two accused were arrested at their workplace by CID Vehicle Theft Squad, Harare who were acting on information they got and made follow-ups.
They were allegedly searched and were found with fake national identification cards of different persons in their workshop.
