The strategy for Zimbabwe's football team selection for COSAFA appears to be a game of musical chairs!
The coach picked a squad, then changed his mind faster than someone realizing they forgot to mute themselves on a zoom call.
First, the coach, Lincoln Mutasa stacked the team with his own club buddies, causing a national uproar.
The ZIFA committee, in a panic, scrambled to rewrite the list like a kid fixing their messy CALA homework. New players were shuffled in, including some who haven't even been in club action this season!
But wait, there's more! The coach himself says he didn't pick any of them!
So, who's picking the team? Nobody seems to know! The ZIFA committee, meanwhile, are about as organized as a toddler's sock drawer.
Zimbabwean football fans are left wondering: is this a game or a comedy show?
One thing's for sure, with their sorry performance, this is the
