A 33-year-old-man, Amos Gatsi, of Ruwa, appeared before magistrate Standford Mambanje at the Harare Magistrates' Courts accused of Aggravated Indecent Assault.
The 33-year-old allegedly put his his privates into a 15-year-old girl's mouth.
The State, through prosecutor Lancelot Mutsokoti, alleges that around August 2023 to April 2024, in Ruwa, Gatsi inserted his private part into a 15-year-old female juvenile's mouth.
The court heard that he also had unprotected sexual intercourse several times with the complainant.
The matter came to light when the complainant revealed the matter to her sister.
He was ordered to appear in court on July 16, 2024.
