Tinashe Mombe, 28, of Dzivarasekwa, has been charged with attempted murder for stabbing Tendai Chipesa, 27.
The State alleges that on August 17, 2024, both Mombe and Chipesa were at a bar in Dzivaresekwa Extension. Mombe approached Chipesa and started insulting him.
It is alleged that he did it inorder to get him outside the bar.
Whilst outside, Chipesa was assaulted with open hands and clenched fists.
It is alleged that Mombe pulled out a sharp metallic object and stabbed Chipesa three times in the rib cage.
He was remanded in custody.
