Mobile network operator NetOne has launched an Anti-Drug campaign in Tsholotsho, Matabeleland North, as part of its ongoing efforts to promote social responsibility and community development. The event, held this past Friday, was graced by the presence of Vice President Kembo Mohadi as the guest of honor.

NetOne's campaign aims to address the issue of substance abuse within the Tsholotsho community and encourage healthier lifestyle choices among the youth. The company has donated sports kits to support local sporting activities and create opportunities for the youth to engage in positive and productive pursuits.

Vice President Mohadi, in his address, emphasized the importance of combating drug abuse and promoting healthy living. His words of encouragement and support added weight to the campaign's message.

NetOne's Chief Commercial Officer, Mr. Learnmore Musunda, highlighted the company's commitment to a drug-free Zimbabwe and emphasized the need for the youth to make wise decisions for a brighter future. He also expressed the company's desire to carry forward the vision of the late legendary leader, John Landa Nkomo.

NetOne's Anti-Drug campaign is part of a broader initiative that will be spread across all provinces of Zimbabwe. The company aims to contribute to the government's efforts to develop a drug-free country.
