Zimbabwe's young handball stars set for Continental clash

The Zimbabwe Handball Federation is gearing up to send its Under-20 national team to the International Handball Federation Trophy 2024, scheduled to take place in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, from November 2nd to 6th.

The team has been diligently preparing for the continental showdown through rigorous training sessions and individual training programs. Despite facing challenges in securing international friendly matches, the players' dedication and commitment remain unwavering.

"Our players have been active as they took part in a number of tournaments with their clubs," said Edson Chirowodza, the Secretary General of the Zimbabwe Handball Federation. "We shall work hard to get better results. We don't have enough time to prepare, but we will play to win the tournament," added national team coach Tafadzwa Madure.
