Durham Women Bat First Against Zim Women's Select

The much-anticipated One Day Match between Durham Women and Zimbabwe Women’s Select got underway today at Old Hararians Sports Club, with the visitors winning the toss and opting to bat first.

It was a landmark occasion for the women's game, as the Zimbabwe Women's Select side took on Durham Women in their first 50-over encounter at the iconic venue.

Captained by Nkomvelo Sibanda, the Zimbabwe Women’s Select team fielded a strong lineup. Wicketkeeper Chiedza Dhururu took her place behind the stumps, while seasoned players like Lorraine Tshuma, Nyasha Gwanzura, and Precious Marange added depth and experience to the squad.
