In a major development for local football, Bulawayo Chiefs Football Club has officially appointed Thulani Javas Sibanda as the new Chief Executive Officer of the club.

Thulani Javas, a familiar and respected figure within the club's ranks, is making a triumphant return to a place he once called home. From 2018, he served as the club’s Media Officer during a pivotal time that saw the Chiefs being promoted to the Premier League. His work in boosting the club’s profile and connecting with fans earned him widespread admiration.

After a brief but impactful stint as the Digital Media Officer at Scotland’s Scottland FC, Javas has decided to return to his roots at Bulawayo Chiefs.
