Chillspot co-director and producer Tafadzwa Kadzimwe (a.k.a Levels) today appeared at the Harare Magistrates Courts and was made to deposit a bail amount of ZWL20 000 with the clerk of court.

Levels, who was reported to police for rape, had the case returned to ZRP Borrowdale amid indications that the complainant may have wishes to withdraw the charges. He is set to appear in court again on December 20. As part of the bail conditions, he is to reside at the given address and not interfere with witnesses.

He, however, may still be prosecuted for breaching the Data Protection Act for having published a sex tape on social media.

His co-director, Fantan and Zim Dancehall musician Enzo Ishall were in attendance in solidarity with their colleague, while former Health and Child Welfare Minister and father to Shashil, Dr Obadiah Moyo, also attended the court case.

Fantan was initially turned away for failure to dress properly for the courts, went away and returned properly dressed.
