The line-up is led by Vee Mhofu and Dzivarembira, Madhonza Makuru, Shumbakadzi, and the Hardhard Mashona Crew. Others include Dinnas Kamushinda and the Massive Mbira Ites, Gushungo, Mbira Ensemble, Freementa and Gandamusango, Madendera EkuMabvazuva, Sekuru Gwededza, Mbira Dzepasichigare, and Ngomadzepasi.

In an interview with Zim Now, Damview Blueroof Bar and Grill events manager, Luckmore Kambadza, said:

“We decided to call today’s event a Mbira Exhibition because we want to showcase the beauty and richness of Zimbabwean traditional music, specifically the mbira instrument. It’s a way of sharing our cultural heritage with a wider audience and providing a platform for mbira artists to share their talents.
