CBZ Holdings Limited has declared an interim dividend of US$2.5 million, translating to US$0.0040 (0.40 cents) per share, for the half year ended June 30, 2025.
According to a notice issued on October 21, 2025, by Rumbidzayi Angeline Jakanani, the Group Chief Legal Counsel and Governance Officer, the dividend will be paid in full to all shareholders registered at the close of business on Thursday, November 14, 2025.

Payment of the dividend is scheduled for on or about Thursday, November 21, 2025, with applicable shareholders’ tax deducted from the gross amount.
Investors on the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange (ZSE) should note the following key trading dates:
- The company’s shares will trade cum-dividend (with entitlement to the dividend) up to Tuesday, November 12, 2025.
- Shares will begin trading ex-dividend (without entitlement to the declared dividend for new buyers) from Wednesday, November 13, 2025.
