Staunch Dynamos Football Club supporter and businessman James Pande has expressed immense relief following the Glamour Boys' dramatic escape from relegation, tipping the Harare giants to cap off a turbulent season with silverware in Saturday's Chibuku Super Cup final against Triangle United.
The match will be played at Gibbo and kick off is 3PM.
Pande’s sentiments come just days after Dynamos secured their Premier Soccer League status on the final day of the 2025 season.
The team ground out a tense nill all draw against FC Platinum at Rufaro Stadium last Sunday, finishing in 13th place with 39 points.
DeMbare narrowly avoided the drop in a season that saw traditional rivals Highlanders also fighting for survival until the last whistle.
Speaking ahead of the highly anticipated cup clash at Gibbo Stadium, Pande described the atmosphere in the DeMbare camp as jubilant, emphasizing the importance of the club's survival to the local football ecosystem.
"I am on cloud nine since we escaped relegation, there is no football without Dynamos," Pande said.

The "Sugar Sugar Boys" are eyeing a second Chibuku title, their first since 2018, and will be motivated by Coach Genesis Mangombe’s intimate knowledge of the Dynamos squad.
Dynamos, however, will be forced to shuffle their pack.
