The Confédération Africaine de Football (CAF), in a strategic partnership with the University of Cape Town (UCT), has successfully concluded the second edition of the CAF Football Management Executive Programme. The milestone was celebrated with an official graduation ceremony held at the university on Friday, 30 January.
Now in its second consecutive year, this ground-breaking initiative has established itself as a central pillar of CAF’s long-term strategy. By collaborating with leading institutions of higher learning, the organization aims to empower its Member Associations through enhanced governance and more effective administrative frameworks.
The six-month programme saw 30 participants from across CAF’s six Zonal Unions undergo an intensive curriculum. The training was specifically designed to provide these administrators with the necessary skillsets to navigate the increasingly complex demands of modern football governance. As in previous years, CAF assembled a distinguished faculty comprising highly experienced international speakers and industry experts to lead the sessions.
