A 23-year-old man was arrested by the Criminal Investigations Department Drugs and Narcotics Bulawayo for unlawful possession of Crystal Methamphetamine.
Tendai Tapera was arrested at a house along Mondalay Drive, Waterfalls.
“Detectives from CID acted on a tip-off and arrested Tendai Tapera in Njube, for unlawful possession of Crystal Methamphetamine,” police said.
Meanwhile, police in Chipinge arrested Jack Simango, 45, for unlawfully possessing dagga.
Simango was arrested at Green Fuel Estate.
The suspect was found carrying three by 20-litre buckets stashed with dagga with a street value of US$120.
In another case, a Waterfalls police patrol team arrested 38-year-old Terrence Kembo for unlawful cultivation of dagga.
Kembo was arrested at a house along Mondalay Drive, Waterfalls in Harare.
The dagga was measuring 1.5 metres.
Meanwhile, a 27-year-old man was on Friday left fighting for his life after being shot by an unknown suspect.
The 27-year-old was shot in the stomach while walking along a strip road with a friend from Kroomdrai, Mimosa area near Dadaya High School.
The complainant is admitted at a Zvishavane hospital.
