The sports comedy, written and directed by Chow, serves as a fresh, high-octane take on his iconic signature style reimagining football through the lens of traditional Chinese martial arts. Passes, tackles, and shots are transformed into elaborately choreographed kung fu sequences, blending classic martial arts discipline with modern women’s football.

Coinciding with the premiere, producers released an eye-catching new poster featuring the film’s women’s football squad equipped with traditional martial arts weapons, teasing the film's blend of action, comedy, and high-flying theatrics.

Beyond the martial arts spectacles and gravity defying action, the story places a strong focus on empowerment and human connection. The film follows a group of female footballers portrayed as ordinary individuals battling setbacks, self-doubt, and intense pressure who come together to find strength through teamwork, resilience, and sheer determination. Their emotional journey from underdogs to formidable competitors forms the beating heart of the movie.

The film's impact is already spilling over into tourism. Authorities at the Dayawan Culture and Sports Activities Center in Huizhou, Guangdong Province where the movie was filmed are aiming to leverage its popularity to drive local travel. Opening daily from 6:30 AM to 10:00 PM.
