Two rogue bouncers who tormented Harare revellers were yesterday granted ZWL$100 000 bail by the High Court

The duo, Gideon Sanyangore and Blessing Kumunda, are facing attempted murder charges.

Police documents suggest that the two stabbed a security official at Pabloz Night Club in the leafy suburb of Borrowdale.

The two have spent almost a month in custody after they were denied bail at the magistrates’ court. However, they appealed the decision but their lawyer did not turn up for the hearing and their appeal was struck off.

The duo was ordered to continue residing at their given addresses, to surrender their passports and not to interfere with State witnesses.

However, the duo appeared at Harare Magistrates’ Court for their routine remand.
