DeMbare not cutting ties with PE Academy

Dynamos Chief Executive Officer Jonathan Mashingaidze has poured cold water on reports that the club is set to cut ties with Prince Edward Academy.

PE Academy has, in recent years, been giving the club talent which includes talented winger Bill Antonio, who is now in Belgium.

Some social media reports have suggested that DeMbare is contemplating going back to Churchill High School.

“We do not to intent to cut ties with developmental sides who give us talent. We do not intent to cut ties with PE Academy,” Mashingaidze told Zim Now.

He also told Zim Now that the club will have an internal meeting today to discuss several issues which includes their game with Black Rhinos on Saturday and a Cup game with Bosso next week.
