Businessman, Pedzai Scott Sakupwanya has promised to continue providing for the people of Mabvuku/Tafara Constituency despite him losing elections.
This comes as Sakupwanya, who was Zanu PF's National Assembly candidate for Mabvuku/Tafara Constituency but lost to Citizens Coalition for Change's Munyaradzi Febion Kufahakutizwi in the August 23 Harmonised Elections, promised to pay school fees for every child in Mabvuku/ Tafara Constituency.
“I want to conduct a meeting with all headmasters in Makubvu/Tafara before schools open so that every child will receive free education.”
He said he shall be with the people of Mabvuku/Tafara for the next five years.
“Today, is my second day after losing elections but I am back with you and I am ready to work with you for the next five years, fulfilling what I promised during my campaigns,” said Sakupwanya.
Sakupwanya added: “Even if people say I am a gold mafia, I will share my gold money with the people of Mabvuku/Tafara,” with the people of the constituency applauding him and promising to work with him.
