Despite receiving their salaries in time, it seems as if troubles that have been dogging CAPS United are far from over as coach Lloyd Chitembwe has clashed with some senior players at the fading giants.
Chitembwe is known for hunting with senior players but recently he has resorted to young players after a line has been drawn in the sand with the senior players.
Zim Now is reliably informed that most senior players want to see Chitembwe being fired from the Harare side.
“He has been treating us so badly and our relationship has strained,” a senior player told Zim Now.
The players and MP-elect Farai Jere, who is the majority shareholder at the team, have so far had several meeting to address the issue.
Chitembwe has since barred all players from talking to the media.
Salary issues are not involved in this whole saga as all the monies have been fully paid to the players.
