Sunningdale Citizens Coalition for Change councillor for Ward 10, Clayd Mashozhera, has been given bail at the Harare Magistrates’ Courts.
Mashozhera, who was arrested together with Sunningdale CCC MP, Maureen Kademaunga and Daudi Jessub, appeared before magistrate Marehwanazvo Gofa and was ordered to deposit US$300 as bail.
The three were arrested in connection with attempted murder and malicious damage to property charges.

“He was ordered to pay US$350 bail, to reside at his given address, not to interfere with investigations.
“We are elated, my client had been granted bail, the grounds the State had advanced did not satisfy the court.
“He has to report twice a week on Mondays and Fridays. He has been given an interim remand date which is on November 1, because the investigations are still on,” he said.
Jessub spent the night in remand prison as his bail ruling is today.
