Former Zengeza West legislator Job Sikhala’s judgement has been deferred to tomorrow.
He is facing a charge of inciting violence that broke out in Nyatsime, Chitungwiza in 2022.
Sikhala was convicted last week Wednesday by magistrate Tafadzwa Miti after a full trial at the Harare Magistrates’ Courts.
It is alleged that Sikhala sent a video encouraging their supporters to avenge Ali’s death and then hired lorries to ferry people from Epworth and other areas in Chitungwiza to Nyatsime.
Meanwhile, the judgement of his matter where he allegedly communicated falsehoods will be on February 7.
