Dynamos open fraud case against Obriel Chirinda

Obriel Chirinda's registration has stalled after Dynamos have reportedly opened a criminal case against the striker, that is according to a local publication iBhora.

Obriel Chirinda's PSL registration by Ngezi Platinum has been halted after the player was reported for “fraud” by Dynamos.

Chirinda, as reported by iBhora, is said to have signed a contract with DeMbare who gave him some money back in December last year.

But the forward went on to join Ngezi.

Dynamos reportedly wrote to the PSL, claiming Chirinda was also their player.

The stand-off is keeping Chirinda on the sidelines with the 2023 Soccer Star of the Year Second Runner-Up sitting out the champions’ opening game against Arenel Movers on Saturday.

Legal proceedings against him are understood to be in the process.

Chirinda was not on the team sheet on Saturday when Ngezi Platinum were held to a goalless draw against Premiership debutantes Arenel Movers.
