Unplugged Entertainment, in partnership with Coca Cola, are set to host the Harare Food Fest at the First Capital Bank Sports Club tomorrow.
The food fest promises to be a marvel as it hosts a star-studded line up of both South African and Zimbabwean artistes that include Enzo Ishall, Takura, Murumba Pitch and King 98 among others.
Tickets for the show range from US$10 to US$50 and US$5 for kids, for limited advance tickets, while at the gate charges will range from US$20 to US$70 for adults and US$5 for kids.
Meanwhile, Island of Joy manager Yasini Dlala is set to launch an additional package to the Island of Joy Bar, dubbed “Family Fun Day” (Official Entertainment Launch) at the bar in Waterfalls, Harare.
The family fun day will host Andy Muridzo and Marcy Janyure and the Jababvu Drive, from 12pm till late on Saturday April 20.
In an interview with Zim Now, Dhala said the event signals the return of live bands at the entertainment joint under the new management.
“Island of Joy is an entertainment Joint offering products and services that are ideal for corporate events, socialising and family gatherings in Zimbabwe. We are relaunching live Music under New Management.
“Artist who are billed to perform are as follows; Jabavu Drive Jazz, Andy Muridzo and Marcy Janyure.
“I chose different genres to accommodate both the mature and the youth hence my choice of artist. The entertainment is going to benefit the families, kids and adults.
“We expect a good crowd on Saturday. During the event, families will be entertained by Ajigija and so many other activities from 12 midday,” Dhala said.
