“He wants to push me out of my house for his Zulu side chick”

A man who returned to the country after spending four years in South Africa has found that you can never go back home after his wife took him to court for disrupting her life.

Rumbidzai Chirwa told the Harare Civil Court that her husband Samson, has been living with a Zulu woman for four years that is where he expended all his emotional, sexual, and financial resources.

“He came back two weeks ago and stole my sandals. I am a vendor and l sell those sandals for survival and to cover up bills,” said Chirwa.

She said her erstwhile spouse is also trying to force her out of the house that she acquired while he was away.

“He wants me to move out of my own house which l won whilst he was in South Africa so that he can move in with his side chick.”

In his turn to present his side of the story, Samson made counter accusations of infidelity and that the wife has told him that he is no sex Olympics champion.

“She has a boyfriend who takes care of her while l am not around. She said some real men know to satisfy a woman in bed, unlike me,” he said.

The less than clever Samson went on to confirm that he has contributed nothing to the acquisition of the house, accusing the woman of prostitution.

“She does not work, so how did she buy a house?” he queried.

Magistrate Meenal Narotam accepted Chirwa’s prayer and ruled Samson offside.

The magistrate warned Samson that if he continued harassing and abusing Chirwa, the police would be more than happy to step in and physically assist his exit from the house that he did not build.
