King Dougie to grace F&G Showgrounds

F&G Showgrounds, which has become the home of entertainment in the capital, will host Douglas Chimbetu on Friday 27 January.

Douglas is son to Allan Chimbetu and he has been taunted several times as the heir of Dendera although he is still to reach his maximum potential.

Speaking to Zim Now Entertainment F&G Events manager Philemon Jambaya said that it will be a great show to kick-start 2023.

“Come in your numbers on Friday. We have a lot of things in store for everyone, we believe in the potential and the energy of Douglas. That is the reason we have taken him on board,” said Jambaya.

Douglas said he was elated to be working with F&G Events and on Friday, he promised fans that he will perform some songs from his forthcoming album titled Mutimukuru.

“I am happy to be back on stage, I want to thank F&G Events for giving me this platform and I promise fireworks on Friday, I will also sample some of our new songs in the forthcoming album titled Mutimukuru,” said Douglas.
