Joel Luphahla has been assigned to a new role within the technical team by his employer, Highlanders FC, ahead of the new season.
From having been the first assistant coach, he now becomes a strikers’ coach, paving the way for legend Madinda Ndlovu who re-joined the club earlier in the month.
Portuguese gaffer Baltimore Brito remains Bosso’s head coach though he will not be available when the premier league season kicks off with a match against ZPC Kariba at Barbourfields on Sunday.
Brito is currently attending a UEFA Pro Coaching Licence refresher course in Portugal and in his absence, Madinda will be in charge.
Meanwhile, Antonio Torres and Daniel Khumalo have retained their posts as the second assistant coach and goalkeeper’s coach, respectively.
