Trial continuation on Marry Mubaiwa’s attempted murder case of Vice President Chiwenga has been postponed to September 13, after the witness failed to avail himself in court.
Mubaiwa appeared before the regional magistrate Feresi Chakanyuka at the Harare Magistrates’ Courts, hoping to continue with the attempted murder trial continuation, but Doctor John Mangwiro could not appear claiming he was attending to some government duties.
Mubaiwa is accused of trying to kill Vice President Chiwenga when he was being treated in South Africa.
However, Mubaiwa rebutted the allegations when her trial commenced before Chakanyuka.
