A man, who sodomised his 15-year-old step-son, has appeared in court.
Fidelis Marimo, 45, of Mbare, appeared before magistrate Marehwanazvo Gofa at the Harare Magistrates’ Courts accused indecent assault.
The State alleges that on dates unknown to the prosecutor at Block 10 E12 Matapi, Mbare in the morning, Marimo allegedly went where the complainant was sleeping.
The State alleges that he then sodomised the complainant.
After the act, Marimo allegedly gave the complainant money for him not to tell his mother.
Marimo was ordered to appear in court on Monday for bail application.
Marimo continued doing that whenever the complainant’s mother was not around.
Her mother later realised that he was being raped and that is when the matter was reported.
