The High Court Judge Never Katiyo has reserved judgement in the matter where Sengezo Tshabangu was against the use of Citizens Coalition for Change name and symbol by recalled Members of Parliament.
The self-appointed CCC interim secretary-general, Tshabangu is demanding that the recalled legislators must not contest the Saturday by-elections using the party’s name.
Tshabangu, in his capacity as the party’s interim secretary-general recalled 15 Members of Parliament in October stating that they were no longer members of the party.
Tshabangu is arguing that the recalled MPs were not supposed to file their nomination papers for the by-election under CCC.
The matter was supposed to be heard Tuesday but was shelved today.
