A 19 year old male who allegedly sucked another teen's manhood in a lift has been taken to court
Tashinga Mwasarezana, 18, of Mufakose, appeared before magistrate Feresi Chakanyuka at the Harare Magistrates’ Courts accused of aggravated indecent assault.
The complainant in this matter is Morgan Chipungu, 19.
The State, through prosecutor Anesu Chirenje, alleges that on November 18, 2023, at around 0200 hours, Mwasarezana and Chipungu boarded a lift from Mashwede.
The two sat on the same seat and it is alleged that Mwasarezana took advantage of Chipungu’s drunken state and started sucking his manhood without his consent.
He will appear in court on December 28 for bail application.
