Police in Harare have arrested five men in two separate incidents of vehicle theft.
The trio of lnnocent Chigwaza, 40, Johannes Matema, 28, and Lincolin Tichaona Fero, 29, were arrested in connection with a case a Nissan Atlas was stolen in Kuwadzana 3 on Tuesday January 23.
According to the police statement the stolen vehicle was tracked and recovered at the home of one of the suspects.
In the second case Austin Makalanga, 37, and Tapiwa Chikara, 29, were arrested after stealing and driving off a Toyota Sienta on Tuesday January 23.
The vehicle and a Hauwei mobile handset were recovered after police tracked the vehicle to Harare CBD.
An accomplice only identified as Kudzi is still to be apprehended.
