Cresta Oasis Café Afrique on Friday night play host to Agga Nyabinde and The 2 Nice Band.

Promising fireworks to his fans, Nyabinde said the Afro-fusion night will be a night to remember.

“This Friday is a show not to miss. I will be playing alongside my band, 2 Nice Band as we sample songs off our upcoming album titled Honai. The band is stronger and we are geared up to give our fans a treat and a half,” said Nyabinde.

The Afro-fusion artiste has three albums under his belt so far; Kushanda, Basa iBasa and Kufara Kweumwe, which was released in December 2022 with the latest offering expected on April 30 this year.

Nyabinde said it is hard to perform after the departure of his late father Bob “The Headmaster”, who mentored him since he was young.

The veteran jazz singer died on December 23, 2023 at the age of 68, leaving his wires in the hands of his two talented sons Agga and Albert.

“It is a hard time. It rekindles a lot of memories, but I can say I am forever grateful to God for allowing me to learn from the best. His songs remind me of a lot that we did together and all the same I realise how blessed I was to have such an opportunity,” said Nyabinde.

The show is expeced to start at 7pm.
