A man, who allegedly followed a woman to the toilet and raped her, has been taken to court.
Angelbet Tundumaro, 23, of Phase 3, Eastview, appeared before the Harare Magistrates’ Courts charged with rape.
He was remanded in custody.
The complainant in this matter is a 37-year-old woman.
The State alleges that on February 9, at around 2300 hours, Tundumaro followed the complainant in this matter to the toilet and found her urinating.
Tundumaro, allegedly demanded sex and the complainant refused.
He allegedly pushed her to the ground and raped her.
