
The Airports Company of Zimbabwe (Private) Limited (ACZ) has reported a significant increase in passenger traffic for the year 2025, signaling a positive trajectory for the country's aviation industry.
According to ACZ's Annual Passenger Traffic Report, a total of 1,828,248 passengers were handled across all Zimbabwean airports from January to September 2025.
This figure represents a 9.73% rise compared to the 1,666,192 passengers recorded during the same period in 2024. The report highlights monthly passenger traffic data from 2019 to 2025, revealing a steady upward trend.
In 2025 alone, monthly figures show remarkable growth, with the highest traffic in August at 267,536 passengers, followed by September with 228,877 passengers, and July with 217,865 passengers.
