A 30-year-old Kwekwe man has been remanded in custody on domestic violence charges after allegedly assaulting his wife with a corrosive substance during a heated altercation.
Shakemore Manyepa appeared before the Kwekwe Magistrates' Court, where he was formally charged and remanded to December 3, 2025, pending further proceedings.
According to the State, the incident occurred on the night of November 26, 2025.
