Just to remind some arrogant fool:

Fighting me through proxies or hired political urchins is a no-brainer. This unprovoked and misguided tomfoolery—chasing the political microphone, organising clandestine kangaroo gatherings in blatant defiance of party directives to spew hate, polarise, sow divisions and grandstand as if you are a miracle to ZANU PF and the President—is suicidal.

To have people travel hundreds of kilometres to listen to hollow, shallow, ideologically bankrupt and garrulous counter-revolutionary rumblings is, regrettably, a new low.

It is worse when you target comrades and cadres who sweated for the 2018 and 2023 victories—campaigns you were absent from, both on the ballot and in the party.

 The Second Republic is a product of collective sweat, sacrifice and unity of purpose by our leadership and other known key players, while you were unaccounted for during that period and no one knows where you were.

Now, instead of using your given opportunity to demonstrate competence, you seek gun salutes, red carpets and create a false equivalence with the President—intimidating those who disagree with your misguided, juvenile political activism as if they are against the Principal.

Let me be very clear, open and direct to you. Unlike you—who employs clandestine ghost characters and hired social media martyrs of folly to chide me—I remain TAFADZWA MUGWADI. I do not and will never worship your comic, theatrical and uneventful politics, nor will I take your threats as news.

You are not the epitome of Presidential appointees. There are Politburo members, Central Committee members, Ministers and Deputy Ministers, Permanent Secretaries, directors of key state institutions, commanders and ambassadors—senior appointees of His Excellency—who are questioned and accountable in Parliament and other fora without name-dropping the Principal the way you do to cover your indelible plots.

It must be clear to you, Mwutape, that you are nowhere near equivalence with the Principal to be issuing veiled threats against party deployees. Who are you?

As Mugwadi, I am a politician, a lawyer and a political scientist by profession and training—not a prayer warrior. If you challenge me, I respond as a politician, not as a pastor. What we went through prior to 2017 is known to His Excellency. Our loyalties to date are known to him and are not expressed through you, mupfanha.

Imagine—we voted in your absence, and now you expect senior leaders to shiver at your sight? Ahh no, mwutape. Kana muchiroya, tokuonai mwauya kwacho. I am ready to defend my turf. By what authority do you threaten ZANU PF members with expulsion?

You must first be enrolled at Chitepo School before you chase the microphone to vomit garbage. I am proud to have served at a sensitive senior level as Party Director of Information and Publicity before my redeployment to Parliament—on the basis of trust and reliability to the Principal.

And now here comes a “you”—a serial name-dropper—who imagines himself the President’s version in Manicaland? Ahh no. Get out of the way, Mr John-come-lately—especially my way.

My game is pound for pound, measure for measure, zig for zig. Bring whatever you wish, and be assured of my response. I am no prophet, nor a prophet’s son—I am a politician.
